What is the processing and shipping time for Orders?
Our products are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
For Apparel, processing may take 2–7 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.
Do You accept returns or exchanges?
Since all our products are Hand-made and created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please make sure to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
How Can I track my Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you don’t see the email in your main inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
You can also contact us directly with your order number, and we’ll be happy to provide an update.
Do You Offer inernational shipping?
At the moment, we ship to Canada.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s address.
If you are located outside these regions and are interested in our products, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments by credit and debit cards, as well as Shopify Payments.
All transactions are ecrypted to ensure your information is safe.
How should I care for my products?
• Mugs & Glasses: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. We do not recommend dishwashers or microwaves to preserve the design’s quality.
• Apparel: Wash inside out with cold water and similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
